Music is something that gently gets into your soul until you couldn’t do without it. Speaking about Blues, maybe this premise is even more truthful. 
BlueCacao know it well. Despite previous important musical records in progressive and rock legendary bands (Jumbo, Cacao), and the cooperation with successful artists (Fabio Treves, Chuck Fryers, Aida Cooper, Gnola, Camerini…), their lust for life and music is still unchanged. 
Brainstorm is the perfect manifesto of their way to conceive Blues, a music that’s constantly evolving while respecting traditions, revisited with arrangements and instrumental choices meant to make it alive, up-to-date and enjoyable by a wider range of audience, in the continuous search of a distinctive sound and unordinary solutions. 
Whether it’s an original song or an evergreen’s arrangement, blueCacao and their special guest are able to put their own trade-mark to any piece they are performing, with both skill and inspiration. 
After years spent playing live, Brainstorm is an arrival point but, at the same time, the starting point of a new musical journey that we wish full of deserved recognitions.

La musica è passione, impegno, dedizione, a qualsiasi livello la si voglia vivere, ascoltare o proporre. E’ un qualcosa che si insinua nella nostra anima e di cui non si può fare a meno Per un genere come il Blues, probabilmente questa premessa è ancor di più veritiera. 
I blueCacao lo sanno bene e malgrado gli importanti trascorsi musicali in gruppi storici del Progressive o del Rock (Jumbo, Cacao), le collaborazioni con affermati artisti (Fabio Treves, Chuck Fryers, Aida Cooper, Gnola, Camerini …) la loro voglia di vivere e suonare è rimasta immutata.
Brainstorm è il manifesto perfetto del loro modo di intendere il Blues, che pur nel rispetto delle tradizioni, è in continua e costante evoluzione, rivisitato con arrangiamenti e scelte di strumenti che lo rendono più attuale e fruibile in contesti più ampi, ricercando un sound personale e soluzioni non scontate. 
Che siano brani originali o arrangiamenti di classici, grazie all’abilità e all’inventiva dei musicisti e delle voci soliste, i blueCacao hanno la capacità di appropriarsi del brano che interpretano. 
Brainstorm, dopo anni di concerti live, è un punto di arrivo, ma allo stesso tempo un punto di partenza per un nuovo viaggio musicale che ci auguriamo ricco di meritati riconoscimenti.
